Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers such as Delhivery, FedEx, and India Post.
Shipping options include standard and express delivery.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: ₹50 for orders under ₹500; free for orders above ₹500.
Express shipping: ₹100 (metro cities only).
Delivery Timeframes
Metro cities: 2-4 business days.
Non-metro cities: 4-7 business days.
Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations.
International shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
